FALL I ADULT REC LEAGUE
Games begin October 10th
All Adult Rec Leagues will be 18 & Older
TEAM OR TEAMMATE REQUESTS

YOU MUST PAY IN PERSON AT CETSports ARENA
FEES FOR EACH ADULT LEAGUE:
TEAM FEE - $825 (BEFORE 10/7) TO $925 (AFTER 10/7) OR
PLAYER FEE - $100 (BEFORE 10/7) TO $120 (AFTER 10/7)
Players that want to play in two leagues
pay only an additional $75.00 for the 2nd league!
ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED A 2011/2012 SIHA CARD BY OCTOBER 31st
ADULT 18 & OLDER GOLD LEAGUE
Includes 12 games to be played Sunday thru Friday between 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Plus Playoffs
SIHA will provide a team shirt and equipment for those that need it#
Corporate sponsored teams are welcome
ADULT 18 & OLDER SILVER LEAGUE
Includes 12 games to be played Sunday thru Friday between 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
